Mr. Muhammad Lukman, Chairman of Virtuosoft, served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) from 2004 to 2024. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, and Corporate Secretary, and a certified director from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Mr. Lukman began his career with A.F. Ferguson & Co. in the Audit and Assurance department. He has over twenty-five years of diversified managerial experience with national and multinational companies, including Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Limited, Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan, and the Central Depository Company (CDC).

Shoaib Ur Rehman, CEO of Virtuosoft, is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in Software Development, Cloud Computing, Big Data, and Open Source Customization. His strategic vision and industry expertise have guided Virtuosoft to success in Pakistan and the UAE.

Mr. Amir Akhtar Jamili, Senior Consultant at Virtuosoft Pvt. Ltd., brings over 18 years of expertise in information security and business continuity. He has worked with top IT firms across cybersecurity, governance, and disaster management. A multi-certified professional, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Cyber Security from MSU Malaysia. Mr. Jamili is a recipient of the CISO Cyber Sentinels Award (2023, 2024) and the CIO 200 Award for five consecutive years.

Mr. Azher, an MBA graduate from SZABIST University, Dubai, is a seasoned Regional Marketing Manager with a strong background in market segmentation, channel development, and revenue optimization. His leadership spans successful engagements across Far East Asia and West Africa, focusing on customer relations, sales growth, compliance, and strategic project alignment for impactful business outcomes.

Usman is a seasoned technology leader with more than 6 years of experience in IT Governance, elevating service quality and transforming operations in enterprise environments. His background spans software quality assurance, DevOps practices, service optimization and governance frameworks, enabling him to guide organizations toward reliable, scalable and well governed technology ecosystems.
