Grounds · Continuous production intelligence

Ground that monitors your systems, finds the problem, and fixes it.

Your apps, your network, your data, on one screen. Nothing ever leaves your building.

The problem

Your monitoring says something is slow. Then a human starts reading.

Conventional monitoring stops at the alert. Someone is woken up, opens one tool after another and pieces the story together by hand, while the problem keeps costing money.

Checks every service, server and database every 30 seconds, all night, every night.

Tells you what broke and why, in plain words, with the proof attached.

Calling Asim, on duty
Phones you

When a database goes down at 3 a.m., it makes a real phone call, and waits for your answer.

No dashboards to stare at. No inbox to watch. Grounds does the watching.

How it works

Seven agents, one loop, every thirty seconds.

Observe without touching anything, decide every 30 seconds, act, and check that the action worked. Nothing in the loop needs a change to the applications being watched.

The seven agents
  1. 01WatchmanDetectCompares live signals against learned baselines and thresholds.
  2. 02InvestigationGatherCollects the spans, pool state, errors and recent deployments around it.
  3. 03RCAExplainScores the evidence and writes a root cause with a confidence value.
  4. 04FixActPlans the fix, runs safety checks, ships it to the isolated executor.
  5. 05MemoryLearnStores the resolution as a pattern, so the next one is faster.
  6. 06NotifyEscalateMakes sure someone is told, and escalates what nobody answers.
  7. 07BotAnswerAnswers questions in plain language, with links to the evidence.

Grounds Alert · Voice escalation

At 3 a.m., an email is not an alert.

When a database stops answering, Grounds phones the on-call engineer, explains the situation, listens to the reply, and on approval restarts it and confirms the recovery before hanging up.

Restart approved. The database answered twice in a row, and Grounds' own check agrees. Written to the incident record.

It answers questions backThe engineer asked about the batch job and got a real answer, because Grounds already knew.
It cannot improviseRestart or hang up. Those are the only two things it is ever allowed to do.
It proves the fixIt does not just say done. It checks twice and agrees with its own monitoring first.

Remediation

Automation with a short leash.

Grounds fixes things itself, but only inside limits you set. Small configuration changes run on their own, code changes wait for a named approval, and architecture is only ever a recommendation.

NowConfiguration changes

Grounds applies them itself, inside per-tenant rate caps.

Your data stays yours

Nothing leaves your building.

Telemetry, models, embeddings and speech all run inside your infrastructure. There is no cloud dependency to switch off, because there is not one.

Built so an auditor can follow it
  1. ✓Data residencyTelemetry, models, embeddings and speech run inside your infrastructure.
  2. ✓Immutable auditA signed record is written before any automated action, never rewritten.
  3. ✓Human gatesCode-level fixes wait for a named approval. Architecture is never auto-applied.
  4. ✓Bounded blast radiusFixes run in an isolated process, allowlisted only, and reverse if the check fails.
  5. ✓Sensitive dataIdentifiers masked in responses, and a report on what the collectors capture.
  6. ✓Honest reportingWhere a figure cannot be derived from real data, the screen says so.
